● Ensure contact with customers and keep them updated on new releases; 

● Collaborate with local book clubs offering discounts and meeting space; 

● Provide public speaking coaching for students; 

● Develop close relationships with community leaders who can support us in economic development; 

● All our staff members have a love of reading and writing and will be available for suggestions and topics of interest
